The B&B La Dimora, a "boutique accommodation" opened in 2008, is located in the heart of the historic center of Sulmona, overlooking Corso Ovidio at the height of the monumental architectural complex of the Cathedral of Santissima Annunziata.
Located in a prestigious historic building from the 15th century, called Palazzo Sanità, which was beautifully renovated at the end of 2006, the B&B La Dimora is dedicated to making guests discover and appreciate a city full of charm, immersing them in an open-air museum.

Our rooms are elegantly and simply furnished, paying particular attention to details, where classic decorative elements can be found, such as antique refurbished furniture. The rooms offer a spectacular view of the S. S. Annunziata Cathedral and the Corso Ovidio, they are spacious and bright.
Among the common services of the rooms we offer breakfast, underfloor heating with independent temperature and air conditioning control (the safest and most comfortable system), TV, quality linen with super comfortable mattresses, cleaning service, free Wi-Fi internet, permission to park and transit freely in the historic center (where we are located), and keys available to guests without time constraints.
